Depart for Athens to start walking tour. Guide goes past House of Parliament. See Evzonoi- Presidential Guards in national costumes. Cross to National Park to come to Herod Atticus Road to see Presidents residence. Walking down Herod Atticus Road, see Stadium of Athens where 1st Olympic Games were held. Walk towards Zappeion Building. Admire columns of Zeus Temple. Behind it, see Hadrian Gate. In few minutes, reach Athens' Plaka where you'll walk thru. End walk at Mitropoleos Square before joining coach for return.

Depart pier on ride to Europe's largest active volcano. You'll see remnants of last eruptions of 2002 before arriving at Silvestri Spent Craters where you'll walk along rim of craters. After visiting craters, enjoy refreshment. Return along same route to Taormina. You'll have approx 1.5 hours to explore village at your own pace. Note: Walking is at your discretion. No traffic is allowed inside the city walls of Taormina; therefore, all touring must be done on foot. There is an approx 0.25 mile incline from bus parking lot to village gates.
